PHI is my go to Home Inspection company. Chad was there promptly, took his time going every inch of the home and gave detaled information in his reports back to us.

Count on Chad and PHI, you won't regret it!

I had a fantastic experience with Pisgah Home Inspections. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional and made the entire process seamless.
They handled both the standard home inspection and radon testing for me. I was especially impressed with how clear and detailed the reports were—getting the radon results back with such a straightforward explanation really gave me peace of mind knowing everything was within safe levels.
Their customer service is top-tier, and the added value of the HomeBinder digital profile is a total game-changer for staying organized with future home maintenance. If you’re looking for a thorough, reliable, and tech-savvy inspection team, I can’t recommend them enough!

Grant with Pisgah Home Inspection inspected multiple aspects of a quintessential Asheville bungalow. He’s thorough , professional and a superior communicater. He pointed out past issues as well as current items to replace or repair due to safety concerns. It’s great when inspector differentiates between cosmetic issues vs safety. Thank you PHI!

Chad did a great job with our home inspection and coordinating septic, well, pest, radon, and water inspections and gave us comprehensive reports for everything, including estimates for repairs for whatever needed attention. He's courteous, knowledgeable, articulate, and professional. Additionally, he's hooking us up with a free service that will assist in finding movers and setting up utilities. I'm looking forward to streamlining the research process!

My husband and I just bought our first home, and we used PHI for our inspection, radon and sewer scope testing. To say the whole process was seamless with them is an understatement! Grant did our inspection, and he was awesome. He was very thorough and clearly explained his findings. Anne was great with scheduling for us, even when we were on a time crunch to get inspections completed. PHI made a typically stressful time so much easier. I would 1000% recommend these folks! Thank you so much for everything!

A first rate experience they found all kinds of issues I would have missed, and are making this a much better adventure

Great home inspectors. Super fast, comprehensive, and very friendly. Was referred to them by a friend and had a great experience.

Everything noted as inspected has been as noted. And I have not discovered any other significant issues not noted. Good Job!

My wife and I are moving to NC to our forever home. Being that we are out of state buyers we had some reservations about how to do all of this remotely. Chad and Ashley provided a white glove service for sure. The inspection report that Chad provided was one of the most detailed I had seen - this includes the ones on our FL homes that have a great deal of hurricane and building code updates that happen every year. When I had some questions about the findings, Chad took a personal call from me and spent a good amount of time making sure I understood the findings I had questions about. Their follow-up, pricing, communication, and of course their final report has made this out of state home buying process go much easier.

Absolutely amazing! Chad provided me with thorough but concise and easy to understand notes regarding my inspection. Above and beyond that was the assistance Ashley provided in helping me locate contractors. Thank you both for the amazing work you do!!!

Pisgah Home Inspections was instrumental to help me buy my house. Chad was professional and helpful, and the online report system was very useful for seeing what needed to be fixed at the house. Chad did a reinspection for me as well. Great business!
