Chads highlights include helping construct a few Bobby McAlpine homes with his boss and mentor Jeff Beale. Chad is very knowledgeable about how a home is supposed to be built, but he also knows that no home is perfect. His experienced judgment allows him to know when your prospective home’s imperfections are critical and when they need to be understood in the context of its unique and specific characteristics.
