My wife and I are moving to NC to our forever home. Being that we are out of state buyers we had some reservations about how to do all of this remotely. Chad and Ashley provided a white glove service for sure. The inspection report that Chad provided was one of the most detailed I had seen - this includes the ones on our FL homes that have a great deal of hurricane and building code updates that happen every year. When I had some questions about the findings, Chad took a personal call from me and spent a good amount of time making sure I understood the findings I had questions about. Their follow-up, pricing, communication, and of course their final report has made this out of state home buying process go much easier.
